• Ambu® SPUR II-  Disposable Resuscitator (CPR Bag Valve Mask) - Intended Use: Supplemental oxygen for non responsive animals suffering from Smoke Inhalation. Easily hooks up to top of pet oxygen mask after top stopper removal. To be used by first responders wishing to keep all animal rescue equipment separate from human rescue equipment; animal rescue groups with limited access to ambulatory emergency equipment and pet parents prescribed oxygen therapy.
  Ambu SPUR II is the only resuscitator that is made from a SEBS material instead of PVC.This classifies Ambu SPUR II as environmentally safe and fully disposable. Ambu SPUR II features a unique shape that is small and easy to hold, yet provides optimum stroke volumes with just one hand. The bag itself is thin and responsive and the SafeGrip surface ensures that the Ambu SPUR II can be firmly squeezed. All Ambu SPUR II resuscitators come in individual, re-sealable plastic carrying bags. Because the resuscitation is meant to be used on animals, Wag'N carries the Ambu® SPUR II pre-packaged WITHOUT the human face mask.   NOTE: These disposable resuscitators are primarily used to prevent patient cross-contamination in human emergency care. Wag'N does not recommend single use simply because of the name "disposable". Just like the pet oxygen masks, they can be cleaned with hot water and soap and last for more than 1 animal rescue. The option to dispose is left at the discretion of the user assuming no permanent damage is inflicted on the equipment.
